		<description>In the German cities I've visited the Eiscafes are usually closed for the winter season and open back up in spring. Simple reason - nobody buys icecream in the winter. 
Might be a regional thing :)
 
Over here in the US I see people wearing FlipFlops all year around, even if it's around freezing...</description>

		<description>You should visit Siberia, where you can find ice cream stands on every street junction. And they actually eat the ice even in winter, which tends to be much colder than 2°C.</description>
