Last week I went to my friend's wedding and suddenly they started playing all the above listed crap, leaving me in shock and awe as my former co-students seemed to enjoy it. One of the most curious cover songs I've ever come across would be Therion's cover of ABBA's "Summernight City", complete with heavy guitar riffs and opera choirs. Outrageously over the top, hilarious, but somehow it works!
