Jeffrey: "... Our cultural products dominate the world markets ..."

McDonald's and Coca-Cola? What else? Cars? No! Most of your products are crap. I was in L.A. some days ago and I have seen things I couldn't belive. Streets are so bad as I would it expect in Russia. Cables are hanging along and across the streets like cobwebs (in Germany, it's all in the earth). I visited a friend in L.A. His internet-connection is under 2 MBit (he said, more isn't available). I have 32 MBit in a very small german town. If I look at your power-outlets and light-switches - they look like from a third-world-country. If I look at one of your restrooms - that's terrible. The toilet-bowl is full of water, so my ass is splashed. I hate that. The toilet seat is opened at the front (terrible). And our sanitary engineering is mostly in-wall, that's something I've rarely seen in the US, also in the super-luxury-hotels like Wynn in Las Vegas. And your toilet-doors have small openings, so everyone can look at you while you are sitting on the toilet. You never heard of L-profiles?

And what's about thermal insulation? And wind turbines? (I've seen only one, but travelled many thousand kilometers through the US). Solar cells on roofs? Your election-system (winner takes it all)?

Prices you never pay, because you are not able to make prices that include the tax. A thing, that I have never been seen in the world.

The metrical system? The are 3 contries in the world, that don't have the metrical system: USA, Myanmar and Liberia

Paper-format: All the world has A4, except the US.

Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.

What kind of world-leader are you? A world leader that violates international agreements?

Long story short: I’m sick, I’m home, I’m bored, life sucks.

I'm happy.

Heh heh.

Very true, the same applies to Austria, except for freelancers who work from home: we might be sick, but we still go to work...those evil bosses of ours...

Well as a matter of fact...and coincidence I'm home this week because I'm sick. A nerve in my back is going Banzai on me everytime I walk, stand or sit, so I have to lie down most of the time which is boring like hell. I'm also on medication right now, but not the good medication which will make you high, only the crappy kind. I would rather go to work, just to do stuff instead of doing nothing, also my contract has to be renewed before christmas and I'm on vacation next week, so it's not the best timing. Long story short: I'm sick, I'm home, I'm bored, life sucks.

LoL
People who have time to make comments with more or less 5000 characters really shouldn't consider themselves as hard-working :-)

" It’s the 7th circle of beaurocratic hell.
So its a rather imperfect system, which is good in one way, if you are able to work you will try to get a job very fast, so you do not have to deal with the institution they call, in a sense of irony only a government can come up with, “Jobcenter”."

Hartz IV is crappy - on purpose??? 0o Hmmm, it WOULD make sense... ;-)
